How do I add a new debit card for instant transfers?

Adding a debit card to your account so you can transfer funds instantly can be done in seven simple and easy steps.

Add a new debit card

  1. Tap Profile on the Outgo App or tap Balance and Transactions on web.
  2. Go to the section labeled My linked accounts and cards and tap the Add button beside it. 
  3. Select + Add your debit card.
  4. Enter your card details. 
  5. You’ll be redirected to verify the new debit card details. The card must match the owner of the Outgo account. 
  6. Tap Submit.
  7. The new debit card will be added to your list of available cards when you tap Instant Transfer.

Card eligibility

You can only transfer funds to a debit card that matches the user’s information that setup the Outgo account. When you link an external debit card, a verification process will ensure that the name on the external debit card matches this name. You’ll get an error if the name does not match. Instant transfer to other individuals or non-owned accounts is not supported at this time.
