About the experience

Montreal SUP offers you, introductory courses to discover SUP quickly and safely, adventures to enjoy the sport in beautiful and unsung places and SUP board yoga sessions to get the routine.Paddle surfing or SUP in English is growing phenomenally in the world. The Thousand Islands River is an ideal watercourse to learn safely. We have a multitude of calm rivers and quiet bays for newcomers.

This experience offers

  • Initiation for a person who will teach you the basics of balance, the handling of the paddle and the board, the turns and the notions of safety, then introduce you to yoga on a SUP board
  • The initiation of an approximate duration of 1h30 and this includes a theoretical ground part of about 20 minutes
  • All equipment is included: board, paddle and flotation jacket
  • Walk around the islands
  • Pivot and extra challenge if you feel comfortable
  • Shooting

Fine prints

  • Prerequisites: Swim
  • Reservation required, mention Outgo when booking at (438) 888-9275
  • Children 8 years and under can board their parents for free
  • Don't forget: water bottle, sunscreen and adequate sun protection (e.g. cap, lycra, t-shirt, etc), swimsuit that you already wear under your clothes ideally, towel & your short/long wetsuit (rental possible for $5)
