About the experience
Participating in the Foodcamp means learning a host of techniques through workshops and conferences with themes as varied as they are current, all presented by the greatest chefs of the day. Much more than a cooking show you live, each workshop includes tasting signature bites related to the presentation of the chefs. Learn the techniques, meet the chefs in person, taste their recipes and share with the hundreds of foodies present. Between the workshops, more than 40 exhibitors make you taste their products and share with you their history and passion. You fall in love with a product? Good news: You can buy it and take it home in your official Foodcamp bag! Presented on March 7-8 at the prestigious Fairmont Le Château Frontenac, feed all your senses by taking part in the 8th edition of the Foodcamp!
